I've constantly been getting questions on this, so hopefully this clears a few things up.
There is a large trailer along boulder creek right next to 30th. Many people keep stopping by and asking what it is. In short is a student project by me and a few others at CU. We aren't the NSA watching boulder, or radiating the town.
