Realtor sees opportunity in today’s housing marketIn a weaker Real Estate market the importance of showing a home like a “model’ has become more important than ever. In order to sell their home, many clients now stage their homes with model furniture and designer decorating ideas. “You get to live in your house one way and you have to sell it another” says veteran Realtor Rusty McCoy of Boulder, Colorado. This philosophy extends to the back yard and that ugly hot tub cover which adorns your very expensive landscaping. We’ve developed a slip cover which attaches over the typical hard cover of most hot tubs. The weathered old hard cover is covered with a fresh, new looking slip cover. We also have expanded this idea placing many college logos on the Spa Slip cover. Additionally, we’ve found many people who want to extend the life of typical thermal covers. We’ve developed a second generation Spa Slip which will actually protect the insulating cover from fading and breaking down thus postponing the unwanted replacement of a $400-$600 hard cover. www.spaslip.com
