With the great success of this program, we are in need of even more wonderful volunteers to drive clients to their medical appointments. Volunteer hours are flexible and depend upon your free time and availability. A partnership with Special Transit also allows us to provide mileage reimbursement to our Medical Mobility volunteers!

My husband works and is unable to take so much time out of his day to drive me. Getting dialysis is stressful, and I am comforted to know that a friendly, reliable volunteer will show up at my door and take me to my appointments."
