November 28,2008-Louisville, COwww.DenverForeclosureTour.comMotivated sellers coming together with bargain-hunting buyers is a "once in a lifetime event," says Rob Kelly, Realtor with RE/MAX Alliance real estate in Louisville, Colorado , and organizer of the Denver Foreclosure Tour. "First-time buyers, investors, contractors, or just people with vision, are all perfect matches for these sellers." On Saturday December 13, 2008 from 9-1 PM, Mr. Kelly is taking a bus load of prospective buyers to view 6-8 homes in Thornton, Northglenn and Westminster, CO.International Interest...from Japan! Our first tour on November 15th,2008 was a big hit, and we have since gathered international attention! A film crew from NHK (Japan Broadcasting Corporation) (http://www.nhk.or.jp/nhkworld) will be filming our tour for inclusion in a two-hour New Year's Special program. The Japanese are very interested in how the economic downturn may have affected peoples lives and are very much interested in participating in a Foreclosure Bus Tour. The homes featured will include Bank owned and HUD homes. All are in some state of distress. They may be bank-owned, in need of repair, sitting vacant, have a very motivated seller, or going through a "short sale", a process where the lender discounts a portion of the mortgage balance. For more information go to www.DenverForeclosureTour.com or email rob@RobKellyColorado.com

Cyber attacks have for some time been no longer in the realm of fiction or film, but a cause for concern in the real world. Although annoying acts such as website defacements and virus spread have become fairly common, the cyber attacks in the Baltic state of Estonia in early 2007 managed to disrupt that country's financial system for a few weeks. There were concerns that this could be just the tip of the iceberg in computer network attacks; certainly, it was an event that showed how effective attacks on IT networks and systems could be, even at national level. Certainly, the consequences would be much more significant if those attacks had occurred on a greater scale, attacking central computers in government, policing and defence, in a nation or group of nations. It has been suggested that those attacks were a foretaste of what dedicated hackers belonging to terrorist groups or hostile powers could do, constituting a new form of warfare - cyberwarfare. Such threats would be far more serious than those of amateur hackers, despite the inconvenience these have caused. Furthermore, professional hacking groups or cells are likely to be far harder to repel, locate, close down, capture and convict. The cyberwarfare market is already large and growing, with most of the spending at present devoted to cyber defence.Expects the market to grow consistently from 2008 onwards. Rumours of developing cyber offensive capabilities and actions will further induce nations to do more to protect their vital networks, as well as stimulate the development of cyberwarfare capabilities as a natural progression in defence. The interest is strong among many nations to develop or improve their abilities to deal with cyberwarfare, providing significant opportunities for companies involved in computer protection and IT systems hardware, software and services in general. There is now a realisation among many governments and militaries that "cyberspace" has become a new battleground, possibly on par with other recognised battle spaces in conventional warfare and defensive operations. This new report - Cyberwarfare, 2008-2018 - describes the present and potential market for defence cybersecurity and related defensive operations, with relevant data and informed opinion. This information is equally valuable to both defence procurement operations and to relevant technology providers. This report provides a market outlook for cyberwarfare, focusing on the following aspects:• Overview of the threats from cyber attacks as well as key tools and solutions.• A survey of cyber attack incidents and resulting programmes in key countries in Europe, North America and the Asia-Pacific.• A discussion of factors that influence the development of the cyberwarfare market.• Key companies involved in the cyberwarfare market, including government and military cybersecurity.• Forecasts for the 12 leading national markets.• Experts’ views on the issues and outlook for cyberwarfare, including 5 full transcriptions of interviews with leading authorities.Believes that the cyberwarfare market has the capability to expand steadily from the present onwards throughout the foreseeable future. Governments and private organisations are preparing for the real threats of attacks at innumerable potential locations in their vast information systems networks. The increasing sophistication of, and growing reliance, on computer systems and networks by the military, government agencies and critical infrastructure makes security there imperative. Potentially, hostile forces could cause more disruption by those means than by conventional military and terrorist attacks, especially with heightened physical security after the September 11 attacks in the US and later bombings in Madrid and London.Believes that cybersecurity is among the key areas in which militaries and governments will invest significantly, despite the global economic downturn in 2008. Conventional thinking in governments and militaries is that prevention is far better than dealing with the consequences of breached information systems, whether the purpose is spying, disruption or destruction. The risks are simply too great, with IT security companies benefiting from this growing and potentially vast market. Furthermore, IT security is a fast-developing industry, where technological developments in hardware and software, combined with the development of hacking and virus-spreading techniques, demands constant development and updating, with large potential for long-term repeat sales of products and services. For more information please visit: http://www.bharatbook.com/detail.asp?id=84451OrContact us at:Bharat Book Bureau207, Hermes Atrium, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai - 400 614, India.Phone : +91 22 2757 8668 / 2757 9438Fax : +91 22 2757 9131E-mail : info@bharatbook.comWebsite : www.bharatbook.com

The monthly report, which includes the most current and granular data available in the industry, showed a 2.1% decline in house prices on a national level in September, with an annual decline of 13.3%. However, the data also shows bright spots at the individual county level with 75 of the 360 counties showing month to month improvement in September.“Housing prices at the national and MSA levels are still seeing declines, but we’re seeing positive signs at the county level, and even more encouraging signs at the neighborhood level,” said Dave McCarthy, President and CEO of Integrated Asset Services. “A review of the IAS360 House Price Index county level data, which is an aggregate of the 15,000 neighborhoods we track, provides insights into pockets of the country that may be showing signs of improvement.”The national picture continues to look challenging. At the census region level, results for September show all four U.S. Census regions experiencing declines in house prices, with the South and West experiencing double digit declines annually of -11.2% and -19.0%, respectively. Compared to September of 2007, Western and Midwestern housing prices improved slightly while Northeast and South continued to weaken. Results for the month of September at the census division level, all nine U.S. Census Divisions posted declines. West South Central led the way with a decline of 4.5% and New England, South Atlantic, Pacific posting declines of 3.0%, 2.5% and 1.9%, respectively. The IAS360 House Price Index is a comprehensive housing index tracking monthly change in the median sales price of detached single-family residences across the U.S. The index, based on all arms-length transactions, tracks data of 15,000 “neighborhoods”, which is rolled-up to report on the changes in 360 counties, nine census divisions, four regions, and the nation overall. CONSUMERS KEEP MONEY CLOSE TO HOME

With home safe sales up 75% over the past year, consumers are on a flight for safety. Many are finding soft landings locally at their community banks and credit unions where they can earn up to 7% interest on their checking accounts, feel the safety of a locally-owned bank, and know their deposits are fueling growth in their own community.“Amid this market turmoil, people are stashing cash close to home,” says Don Shafer, co-founder of BancVue and FIRST ROI, the creators of www.CheckingFinder.com, a resource to help consumers find community banks and credit unions that offer free, high-yield checking accounts. “Community banks and credit unions are trusted neighbors that offer safety and some of the best interest rates on the market. And if that isn’t enough, people enjoy that their deposits are being put to work in their local communities.”The more than 16,000 community financial institutions across the U.S. are certainly seeing money flow in from people cashing out of investments. An October survey by the Independent Community Bankers of America reveals that 70% of community banks saw an uptick in deposits in the past year. Part of the attraction has been driven by consumers seeking safer, high-yield checking accounts. In fact, BancVue, is witnessing accounts opening at a rate of every 59 seconds.“Selected community banks and credit unions are now offering free checking accounts with CD-like yields,” says Shafer. “Unlike the mega banks, these community institutions are taking the savings realized from consumers using electronic services and returning it to the consumer in the form of higher interest rates.”CheckingFinder.com is one resource for consumers to find community banks and credit unions that are offering free, high-yield checking accounts. The site enables consumers to search by rate, distance from their home, and best annual returns based on average account balance and ATM usage and then open the account online.“While megabanks may have branches, community financial institutions have roots. And, consumers are being paid to return to their roots,” concludes Shafer.
