I have dealt with extreme pressures and deadlines and have met them through dedication and organization,” says LoSasso.
The Agents and Staff of The Nanci Garnand Team understand how difficult it can be to find a home for the right price in this market. That’s why they’re dedicated to constantly working with clients to answer questions and aggressively chase down home options that work well for each of their clients.
In addition to LoSasso joining the team, Broker Dave Gornall has relocated to Berthoud to help clients there. No matter where clients are looking for homes in Northern Colorado, The Nanci Garnand Team can help.
Gornall has experience in buying and selling properties as a consumer himself and takes his duty as an advocate for
his clients very seriously. He can be reached at 970-820-0411.
They both have been successful with their aggressive marketing plan in getting sellers’ homes under contract in a matter of days.
Gornall is settling into his new Berthoud house and is looking forward to being involved in the Berthoud community. He has worked as a licensed Realtor® and served as a member of the Fort Collins Board of Realtors® since 2015. He can be reached at 970-590-8891.

HOME BUILDERS FOUNDATION OF METRO DENVER INSTALLS A LIFT FOR A 12-YEAR-OLD BOULDER RESIDENT
BOULDER, COLO. – August 24th, 2015 – A two-part accessible home modification project was completed by the Home Builders Foundation (HBF) today for 12-year-old Boulder Resident, Kyla Bursiek. The retail value of this project was over $17,500, but thanks to all involved, all work was done at no cost to Kyla or her family. And, the project wrapped up on Kyla's 12th birthday.
The Bursieks initially contacted the
HBF for assistance to modify their bathroom so Kyla, who has cerebral palsy and uses a walker to get around, could bathe and brush her teeth independently. The HBF completed the barrier-free bathroom modifications at no cost to the family, approximately a $7,500 value at the end of 2014. However, the family was still in need of a vertical platform lift to enable Kyla to enter and exit her home independently.
Due to the high cost of a vertical platform lift, the HBF spearheaded a fundraising drive to cover the costs of this portion of the project. Over the course of 10 days in April, the (HBF) raised over $10,000 from generous individuals to purchase and install a vertical platform lift Kyla.
“Granting her these liberties (to enter and exit the home and use the bathroom independently) are a dream come true.” Paul Bursiek, Kyla’s father.

Demand for a simplified and effective short sale process has intensified with the backlog of properties between Notice of Default and Trustee Sale growing exponentially. “I’ve been at this for a long time, and I know if I’m to stay relevant in this marketplace I have to become a short sale expert,” says Yan Kaminski, a ShortSaleProLogic.com beta client. “Short Sale ProLogic not only helps me get the listing, it helps me get it sold. They’re actually making it easier for me to complete deals so I have the time to find new ones.”
In Colorado, Short Sale ProLogic data covers eight-counties across the Front Range, including Weld and El Paso counties.
Short Sale ProLogic’s data shows that in Denver County alone there have been 3,825 foreclosure filings this year, with 448 being reported in September. And with 12,674 properties in the Metro area foreclosure process and another 4,000 new filings a month being added to the pipeline statewide, there is a tremendous opportunity for Realtors who are able to work smart and streamline the short sale process.
“Short Sale ProLogic was designed to provide a real advantage for Realtors to grow their listing base and present short-sale opportunities to buyers,” says Ryan Lantz, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Claremont Information Systems. “With millions of dollars worth of distressed property entering the market every month in Colorado, the ability to identify and close short sales will put any real estate professional way out in front of the competition.”
Short Sale ProLogic’s ActiveTrack Technology™ stays in constant contact with thousands of properties and notifies subscribers by text or e-mail within minutes of a Notice of Default being recorded in areas defined by the user.
“One of the fundamental building blocks to what we do is strict adherence to extremely accurate and impossibly current information,” says Lantz. “Good opportunities move fast, and the information our clients rely on needs to move faster.”
